ABSTRACT

The main purpose of this project was the creation of a microenterprise called ACORN MEAT RUJ. The successful completion of this work is a graduation requirement for earning a High school diploma from the Jose Felix Restrepo Educational Institution. 

ACORN MEAT RUJ aims to position itself and to be recognized for the implementation of new food forms in Restrepo, Valle del Cauca, Colombia. Research sought to determine whether or not ACORN MEAT RUJ would be accepted by the community, and it was proven that ACORN MEAT RUJ is a viable alternative. This project aims to ensure ACORN MEAT RUJ is seen as a nutrient rich protein at a low cost
